RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Hoang Giao Rice Exporter builds a return & refund policy based on the spirit of protecting consumer rights to commit to customers about the quality of our products.
Conditions for accepting returns
- Products don’t meet quality criteria in terms of taste or packing (torn).
- Products aren’t of the correct type, model, or are different from the description on the website as ordered by the customer.
- Products are not of the correct quantity or price as in the order.
- Products are past the expiration date stated on the packaging.
- Returns are only supported when the product is still in its original packaging.
- The exchanged product must have a value equal to or higher than the purchased product. Customers will not be refunded the excess if the exchanged product has a lower value than the purchased product.
(*) Situations in which refunds are not accepted:
- Customers cause damage to the external condition such as torn packaging, scratches, etc.
- The product is damp, wet, etc. due to improper storage.
Procedure for handling return procedures
If the product is not as described in the purchase information, or is affected by the shipping process, please refuse to receive the product and immediately notify the customer support department for instructions on how to handle this situation.

Within four hours of getting your request, Hoang Giao Rice Exporter will receive information and respond to your problem. In case you report after 5:00 PM, it will be handled the following day.
Refund policy
Refunds are made when the customer has paid for Hoang Giao Rice Exporter but then problems arise: out of stock or the customer has received the goods but requests to exchange or return the product.
When receiving information from the customer, the customer support department will check and evaluate the product according to the customer’s complaint and proceed to refund according to the customer’s request within the agreed time between the two parties.
Refund method: Hoang Giao Rice Exporter will refund according to the method agreed upon by both parties after your issue is resolved within a maximum of 15 working days.
